Also a lot of things will taste very metallic.
At first I'd say split a 50mg pill, take that split pill every other day. At least for the first week or two so you can build up a tolerance to it then switch to 1 full pill every other day.

Everyone else should also consider how much zinc you're getting in your diet and if it's included in the multivitamin you take when deciding if you need this. My husband takes one twice a week.
