Service is good but the A16 is a pretty bad device. Slow, Wi-fi 5 only, not that usable other than an ok Wi-Fi only device.

yea it was on the a16, no pre paid card like in the past. I went to online chat and they moved it into my reverse on my current phone in 5-6 mins.

I straight up told them i bought it just for the service and I'm going to just the phone to one of my nephews. They said no problem and switched it out.
