I actually am right handed. I just mouse left. Leaves my right hand free for....

taking notes.

It also does this:

Using your non-dominant hand forces your brain to build fresh neural pathways (neuroplasticity). Research shows this simple daily practice improves manual dexterity, boosts bilateral brain integration, and—through "bilateral transfer"—can even help you learn physical skills faster

I wish there was ANY other device switching mice besides Logitech triathlon m720. Literally every other mouse has the device switch button on the BOTTOM. Work won't allow software installs so I can't use the software enabled device switching from Logitech either. 🤷🏻

I saw OLED screen, got excited and thought it had a useful function. "An OLED screen displays the remaining battery level at a glance to avoid unexpected downtime."
Also displays the currently selected DPI, and which of the 4 connections it's currently using.

Mine is 3 years old and still going strong.
I too hope it was an anomaly. Never had a wireless mouse fail, even after years of use. this Acer will fill in until i have time to desolder & replace the board.

Does this have the option where the scroll wheel goes from notchy to free spinning it you fling it fast enough? I love that feature with the MX Masters.

This one has the switcher behind the thumb wheel: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FC2GSVYG

There are a couple of reviews that mention that placement is suboptimal as it is prone to accidental clicks, resulting in your cursor just freezing if you don't realize what happened, and then having to take a few seconds to reconnect.

Also, according to some reviews, the Keychron m6 uses a web page for its configuration, and has onboard storage so it remembers its settings regardless of which device it connects to: https://www.amazon.com/Keychron-W...B0FP2FN1KM

I just got this in the mail and am using it right now. It's great. It's hefty, but not too heavy and glides well (remember to take off the blue tape on the pads). The soft-click buttons have a distinct chunky soft click (good). The button behind the scroll wheel is for dpi, not for switching. I wear a Large glove size and I never accidentally touch the dpi button when scrolling. The wheel is fluid and easy to roll. The secondary left/right knuckle buttons will take some time to hit them accurately, but since my fingers are curled over the mouse, I have to straighten them to hit the knuckle buttons accurately. I also like the angle my hand rests. I'm coming from a Logi M750 and this is equally quiet, but is far more comfortable and feature-rich.
