I think the memory foam side of my mattress is at the end of its life or maybe it's too hot since it's summer and making the memory foam super soft. Now I'm sinking in so much that there's no room for my chest/rib cage to expand on the sides. So I wake up all sore and stuff.
But na, technically overweight according to BMI. 165lb at 5'7". Heavier than what I'm usually at (145lb). A little more muscle than the average person.
Maybe when I hit 145lb again I can turn it back over and sleep on the soft memory foam side lol
