You'll also want the red smelly kick balls from grade school that would always fly onto the school roof. The best kicks were the ones that were 2" off the ground before blasting them into space.

Personal trainer here--These are great for targeted muscle release (self-myofascial release). Softer and often more effective than a Lacrosse ball. One of my favorite things to bring when I travel to help release knots.

We used these in the 60's to play stickball. They cost 25 cents back then.
