Seems like a good price, but also just the regular walmart price. Are we just posting Walmart "everyday low prices" now?

Yeah every time I go into the garden center they have these in the grill section for this price. No rollback/sale tag. This is the usual price.

Anything worth grabbing from there as a new grill owner? I already have a brush and cooking tongs.

Isn't this just the normal price?

Can't an "everyday low price" be a slick deal?

I have said this before, I'm noticing that SD has been listing Walmart everyday-price items more frequently. While I understand SD's business interests and the value of making people aware of everyday low prices, I think we're losing the true meaning of a "deal" that this site was once known for. A better balance would be to have a separate tab for everyday low-price items while keeping the main feed focused on actual deals.

That said, these scissors are incredibly sturdy. They cut through even semi-frozen meat with ease, without bending or wobbling. At $0.97, they're an absolute steal. Similar scissors would easily cost 6–10 times as much at stores like HomeGoods. I'm thinking of buying a couple more before the price goes up.

You have my vote for yes. Costco hotdogs are slick deals. Not going to deny their slickness just because the price isn't temporary

While an everyday low price can be a "Great Value", I don't think that would qualify it as a "deal." When I hear the word deal, it usually refers to some amount off the regular price.
