I thought Stand by me is better, as it has Battery in it so you can carry with you when moving from a room to another.

Why not just buy a VESA stand? Then you can put any monitor or Smart TV on it. Plus, 42" is a bit too big for this use case. 32" on a stand like this would be better for a kitchen.

This and Stand By Me has monitors that work like a tablet. You can transition from landscape to portrait. I actually have a stand with VESA mount but I have to change the orientation from the connected mini-computer if I flip the orientation the other way.

I bought a similar stand for 60 and a 32 inch smart tv for 80. I just saw Amazon has a 43 inch Toshiba for $129. Just buy them separately and save money. Smart tvs should be dirt dirt dirt cheap for the sole reason that they harvest your data.

this comment sounds like a "just buy an onn tv, why are you spending $2k for an oled"

I guarantee that stand will be rickety, that smart TV has the wimpiest processor alive for the smart OS (and be worse though most smart tv OS's are awful), and have signifcantly worse picture quality than this.
