asked AI, apparently the fuse isnt even the biggest problem:
"The fuse: In the Q50, fuses 24 and 25, rated at 20A, control the cigarette lighter/power outlets, located in the interior fuse box under the instrument panel on the driver's side. So the circuit is fused at 20A.
The actual outlet rating (this is the catch): Infiniti's owner's manual for the Q50 explicitly warns: do not use accessories that exceed a 12 volt, 120W (10A) power draw, and do not use double adapters or more than one electrical accessory. The 20A fuse protects the wiring; it doesn't mean the socket is designed for continuous 20A loads."
