I'm trying to sign up as a new customer (my 18-month waiting period has already passed), but it keeps redirecting me back to the sign-in page over and over. I've been trying since yesterday and have already tried multiple devices and browsers.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

I can only get it to work with the regular membership.
Are you able to get it to work with executive?
my $10 BJ's membership expired, so i may as well rejoin costco again.
i really don't need wholesale clubs, but this 50th offer is hard to pass
especially since i live walking distance from a costco in 11374.
Moreover, Costco policy clearly states the following --
To cancel a membership, the Primary Member can do one of the following:
Speak with a team member at any warehouse membership counter and receive an immediate refund, or...
Call our Member Services Center at 1-800-774-2678 and speak to a live agent.
Eventually i called the local Costco tire department ,told them to transfer my call to customer service. Customer service at the store were not happy with my ingenuity to contact them. They said i can only cancel in store.
Asked AI Gemii:
"No, you cannot fully cancel your Costco membership online to get an immediate refund. "
