It's 3 seasons. The first is pretty mid, second is worse, third is good.

Based on everything I've heard about it they would probably have to be paying me $41 for me to watch it

Yes, Patrick Stewart said he was too old but pushed through S3 which is why they tried to get all the TNG cast on the last season.

Frankly a month of Paramount is cheaper and this is not one I really feel is worth archival.

Hopefully the new leadership dials in better with the TNG universe.

It's not Starfleet Academy. But it sure isn't DS9 quality either.

I used to watch TNG and original ST movies.Never got into all of the spinoffs and for sure wouldn't watch that woke trash with Captain Catlady. Was Picard at least decent?
You can skip the first two seasons and not miss much except annoyance. The third season is a great send-off and 100% worth a watch.

First 2 seasons horrible woke garbage! 3rd season watchable only due to the returning cast. Save your money and rent the 3rd season.

People are underselling the third season. It was an incredibly beautiful send off for the TNG crew and after suffering through Nemesis and two terrible season of Picard we finally got one last adventure with the OG TNG cast. AND some special surprise returns that I won't spoil. Star Trek finally did what Star Wars failed to do. Bring back the cast we know and love together.

Haha I actually enjoyed all 3 seasons, but yeah season 3 was a lot of fun. Kinda too bad they hung it up but we were lucky to get that much out of them at those ages.

People are overselling the third season. All three seasons are pretty bad. Seasons 1 and 2 have some good ideas and characterization marred by boring and bad writing. Season 3 is pure nostalgia bait. While I loved seeing the old cast, I wish they had been given a better story and found Picard's newly invented nepo baby son to be as excruciating as all the slow and incoherent parts of the first two seasons. All Good Things is a far better sendoff. Save your money, and watch it once on Paramount Plus, if only for MVP Jeri Ryan, who deserved better than the quality of writing. With 50 years of Trek, you have so many better things to watch than this.

Loved season 3! Seasons 1 & 2 were just okay. Nice to see the Next Gen crew together again.

I watched the 1st season; it was meh. It doesn't have enough gravity to pull me to the next season(watched several eps only). Should I just skip to the 3rd?

Not sure why this got thumbs down; he's right. Season 3 tried to skate by on nostalgia, and most of the fans lapped it up without much scrutiny. But after they did nothing with the much more interesting villain they introduced and killed off a fan favorite just because (the plot wasn't strong enough to stand on its own without cheap tricks), then they fell back on ol' reliable: the Borg. Yawn. The plot is completely nonsensical. Don't waste your time on this.
