Im done with spending money on samsung- they forgot about theit customer service and they never stand behind their products. On 2 separate occassions they charged me for a trade in that they claimed was blacklisted which they cant provide any proof that my ipads were ever blacklisted anywhere and at any tim3

Since Samsung is being too restrictive with its EPP/EDU accounts, and pre-order promotional discounts have become worse, I am done buying from them. I will only purchase their devices through carriers or third-party retailers when they offer discounts. Even Apple is more generous with its education buyers.
