That list is not a comprehensive list. If you click on the "Find Local" tab and enter their address (18-15 Decatur Street, Ridgewood, 11385 NY) you will see them listed as a dealer under their local name Safety Source Supply.

If you go to the Milwaukee Authorized Distributors page on Milwaukee's website, choose "shop online", "Way source" does not show up - by any spelling..That means they are not an authorized online retailer.

As others have noted, Waysource is legitimate and I've gotten batteries from them multiple times--not counterfeit by any means. As for the deal itself, not the worst and not the best. These can be found somewhat regularly on sale at ~$100 for 2.

It's prudent to be skeptical of power tool batteries at low prices, but this company is legit. Milwaukee's site sucks but this is them (see attachment).

They've mostly rebranded from Safety Source to Way Source but same company.
