I got this like 6mo ago from a slickdeal and it's been great in every way except the battery life is terrible. like 40 minutes and it's dead, which feels crazy given how absolutely massive the control unit is.

yeah it works while plugged in which is good, but overall they are cumbersome to get in and out of so the fewer wires the better! but yeah they're great otherwise and 40 mins is enough for like 1.5-2 sessions so not terrible

Got it last December for around $120 during a brief period where a $30 Amazon promo applied. Love love love this thing. Unsure why some members are only getting 40min on a charge. I use it at the highest pressure setting and at around 40min mark the white battery light goes to orange and stays there until my 60min sesh has ended. Then lasts a good 15-20min into my next sesh before the battery light goes red. Dies after about 90min of consecutive use in a single battery charge at the highest pressure setting, which should be plenty for most.

The one from Costco by Sharper Image is phenomenal. It's not battery powered and it compresses so hard you can feel arteries pulsing. Feels great when you're really sore. Intensity is adjustable. $159 online but seen it in-store for $129. They may go on clearance again down to $99 like prior generation/model which looks identical but the boots were black. Up to 32" in seam for S/M size. FSA eligible.

Thanks LJCRST, looking to get one for my father and need one that has good pressure.

EDIT: ended up going with cincom, I don't know which is better but Gemini says it is more precise and has more protocols you can use.

I was wondering if this price was jacked up to give a discount, but $150 is the true price, but Gemini says it isn't, that CM-112A is part of their elite, high-pressure athlete recovery lineup designed to compete with premium brands like Therabody Theragun or Hyperice (which easily run $500–$800+). While their battery life is nothing to write home about, I plan to use it corded anyways. Having that option to run it a couple times on battery is nice, but anything powerful it isn't going to run that long on battery anyways.

I originally bought this and then cancelled my order once I realized there are other models that are HSA-eligible. Definitely worth considering before purchasing.

The main brand version of this is the normatech brand that goes for 1k. Is this even close to as good?

With knockoff brands of hypervolts and theraguns they never match up with the motor and power of compression/massage, wondering if anyone has experience with this and the Normatech brand

I also have this costco sharper image massager. But even at lv 5 highest lv pressure, the massager doesn't satisfy me. Will this CINCOM will be better? and have more pressure?

You must be skinny lol. Because the Costco one makes my legs and feet go numb on max setting. By the time I get the boots off, my legs are wrinkled from the pressure.Maybe the cincom one might be better in terms of sizing. The Costco version only offers 2 sizes whereas this one might be a better fit.

I have the Costco one too. It's great everywhere except my calves. Almost no pressure there. I got the fit king one to give it a try
