These reusable silicone baking mats are a low-cost way to replace foil or reduce pan cleanup, with the 2 pack measuring 16.5 inches by 11.6 inches and no coupon usage limit. The mats can be cleaned in the dishwasher on the top rack by bending them into a U shape, though handwashing is easier and may help them last longer before fraying. The main concern is food safety and heat exposure, with some preferring established brands like Silpat or Lurch. A practical budget option if you want a nonstick baking surface without much cleanup.
Home bakers who want a reusable nonstick liner for sheet pans, because the mats are easy to scrub clean and can be handwashed to last longer before fraying.
People who prefer washing bakeware in the sink, because the mats can be curled around sheet pans and cleaned with a sponge and a drop of soap.
Bakers covering standard half-sheet pans, because the mats measure 16.5 inches by 11.6 inches.
Cooks who want a dishwasher-friendly mat that stays rigid, because these mats are floppy and need to be bent into a U shape to fit on the top rack.
People worried about heating silicone in the oven, because the first use can release gas and the material is described as interacting with heat.
Shoppers who want a premium silicone liner with stronger brand trust, because these mats are compared unfavorably with a real Silpat made in France.

However it's frankly much easier to just wash them along with your sheet pans in the sink. My sheet pans are aluminium (not dishwasher safe) and too large to fit in my dishwasher anyway, so I just wash the sheet pan and the silicone mat together in the sink. It's a big flat non-stick surface, just a quick scrub with a sponge and a drop of soap (I use a Swedish dishcloth) gets them done.
As a bonus, the silicone mats will also last longer before fraying if you handwash.
