However it's frankly much easier to just wash them along with your sheet pans in the sink. My sheet pans are aluminium (not dishwasher safe) and too large to fit in my dishwasher anyway, so I just wash the sheet pan and the silicone mat together in the sink. It's a big flat non-stick surface, just a quick scrub with a sponge and a drop of soap (I use a Swedish dishcloth) gets them done.
As a bonus, the silicone mats will also last longer before fraying if you handwash.
