These reusable silicone baking mats are a low-cost way to replace foil or reduce pan cleanup, with the 2 pack measuring 16.5 inches by 11.6 inches and no coupon usage limit. The mats can be cleaned in the dishwasher on the top rack by bending them into a U shape, though handwashing is easier and may help them last longer before fraying. The main concern is food safety and heat exposure, with some preferring established brands like Silpat or Lurch. A practical budget option if you want a nonstick baking surface without much cleanup.
The mats can be washed in the dishwasher top rack by bending them into a U shape and using the rack pegs to hold them in place.
Handwashing can be easier for some setups and may help the silicone mats last longer before fraying.
The 2-pack dimensions are listed as 16.5 inches long by 11.6 inches wide, which helps with pan fit planning.
The current 2-pack price is viewed as a stronger value compared with a prior wishlist price for a larger pack.
The mats may be floppy to load upright in the dishwasher, which can make cleaning less straightforward.
Concerns exist about gas release during first-time oven heating, and some guidance suggests using well-known brands if that risk matters.
Some buyers express distrust in the mats and recommend buying a real Silpat made in France instead.
Questions remain about whether cooking on silicone is a safe alternative to tinfoil for reducing cleanup.

However it's frankly much easier to just wash them along with your sheet pans in the sink. My sheet pans are aluminium (not dishwasher safe) and too large to fit in my dishwasher anyway, so I just wash the sheet pan and the silicone mat together in the sink. It's a big flat non-stick surface, just a quick scrub with a sponge and a drop of soap (I use a Swedish dishcloth) gets them done.
As a bonus, the silicone mats will also last longer before fraying if you handwash.
