As someone who deals with Cisco TAC often. I'd look into what this "limited lifetime warranty" actually covers before purchasing.

Per the products Amazon AI results:
Hardware coverage: Warranty lasts for the lifetime of the product. If Cisco discontinues the product, the warranty ends on the published Last Date of Support (LDOS)

If you're looking for Cisco gear specifically I'd recommend picking up an older used switch like a 3750x , still plenty useful and can be had on eBay for under $100 shipped.
Also runs full iOS rather than the stripped down version on the SG series switches.
Not that they're bad switches but probably not worth it for a home user or someone setting up a lab for testing.
