Looks like a solid 3d chair released at the end of 2025*. Chose it over the $999 prestige deal since this is a 5 year newer model and comes with an automatic foot extension instead of the spring loaded one.

It's a legit site, i wouldnt be surprised if its affiliated with the manufacturers to clear out inventory

Legit site, ships from Titan/osaki they just sell clearance items through this website. I got an osaki chair from them a few months ago and they did a great job with the white glove delivery to 3rd floor.

Legit site. I got one from the same site about a year ago. You need to call them to add the white glove delivery. Everything worked out fine.

A couple threads on reddit about Osaki indicate that they are cheaply made Chinese chairs with a Japanese sounding name and a very high failure / problem rate

I chose the Prestige and compared the 2.

Prestige:
- 2 stage zero gravity vs 1 stage for Reflex (supposedly better for spinal decompression)
- Japanese brushless motor vs. standard (supposedly smoother, quieter and more durable)
- Manual footrest vs. motorized (supposedly the number one mechanical part that breaks)

Reflex:
- Active calf kneading (rollers vs airbags)
- Toe & Ankle stretch (this sounds nice)
- Dual heat (footrest + back, Prestige is back only)

Through their Amazon listing. They used to include the Date First Available in the Item Details, but now you have to query through their API or use one of those price tracking services.

Hopefully both are good chairs! I was pretty torn between these and the $1500 in-store only Pro Quest at Costco.

Can anyone with this (or a similar Osaki) comment on how these chairs are for normal use? I'd like to use this as double-duty in my theater room, so it would be used 90% of the time as a regular chair - is it comfortable like that?
