1) This site has no direct support phone number or address to reach them directly. You have to deal directly with Osaki support, which is good in a way.
2) like others have noted speaker grill pops off and solution by Osaki technician is to stick it with double sided tape; little funny for the new chair.
3) my biggest no for this chair is because of ankle stretch which is too much where it may break your ankle and don't stop.
4) the shoulder air pressure is not enough and doesn't help.
My suggestion please try in some showroom actual model before you invest this kind of money! Good luck!

The chair itself is wonderful, whole family loves it and I've slept the best two days compared to the past 4 weeks.

It's usually just the foot rest and the rest of the chair. Not particularly easy to move up and down stairs
