BedJet 3 is a bed climate system that works best for cooling and warming the sleeper under the covers, especially for night sweats and keeping temperature steady through the night. The app, remote, timers, and biorhythms scheduling get strong praise, and the special cloud sheet can make airflow more effective and comfortable. It does not cool below room temperature, so it is not a room air conditioner, and the special sheet adds cost. Some also find the airflow too cold, too hot, or distracting, so fit depends on sleep style and room conditions.
Common Questions (5)
It can be used with regular sheets, but the special cloud sheet makes it much more effective by trapping and distributing the airflow. The sheet is a separate purchase, and several users say it is worth it, though some prefer plain sheets instead.
Yes, it can reduce night sweats by moving air under the blankets and drying moisture, and some users say it lets them keep the house thermostat higher to save money. It also has a dry mode and a heating mode, so it can be used year-round.
No. It blows room-temperature air under the covers and can only cool you to the extent your room air is already cool; it will not lower the room below ambient temperature. It works more like a bed fan that helps sweat evaporate and keeps you from overheating.
A setting around 74°F is reported to feel comfortable for cooling, while 68°F can feel too cold under the covers. The best result depends on your room temperature and personal preference, and the app can also schedule fan and temperature changes through the night.
Yes. The flash-sale return policy is a 60-day risk-free return with free return shipping, 100% refunds, and no restocking fees as long as everything is returned undamaged.

This product seems to be very polarizing. The people that have it really like it. The people that don't seem to think it's a ripoff.
Ultimately it works for certain people and situations.
And the people who say it's comically overpriced even if they do understand what the product is, apparently don't understand business at all because if it was so overpriced for such a simple product, they should be rushing to make their own and undercut the BedJet pricing. Yes, it's just a fan and a small heater with a circulation hose to direct the air under the blanket on your bed, so why isn't anyone else making them? Obviously it's been a fairly niche product from the start and that changes the economics of the product and what pricing makes sense for sustaining a business doing it.
Without some kind of customized manufacturing/housing setup, it's not exactly easy to reproduce the effects with just DIY either. Like for example, people can make their own air purifiers by buying a box fan and attaching some filters in a certain arrangement around the box fan, simple DIY if anyone wants a cheap air purifier. Now try doing that with a space heater and fan combo pumping into a 2.5-3" hose and interconnected circuit board to control it with a remote/app. I'm sure some people could do it, but not the average person, nowhere near as simple as taping a few air filters to a box fan to make a cheap air purifier alternative.

Depending on the run length that could be a good price, but I hate those large chunks tradesmen tend to take out of my bank account.
