Yes, they make risers. Look for pcie bifurcation. Note that fitting those cards in a standard case might require some DIY placement. Depending on what you want to do, the PCIE 4.0 slot might be better than cutting into your main card's bandwidth. (LosslessScaling = check your frame rate, AI = depends on what you're trying to do.)
The AMD version of this board (and other Taichi iterations for intel) lets you do two GPUs without risers at x8/x8.
