UPDATE: Down to $199.97!!! I just went back and got a $100+tax refund when I bought it for $100 more and I bought another at $199.97. North Tulsa location. They had a few left. I was watching the price on this and it just dropped another $100 early today (or late yesterday).

Was $399.97 on clearance. Decided to buy if it came down to $300 or less and it did.
It's now on clearance at Costco for $299.97. I just bought one at the North Tulsa location. They had a decent amount of them left too. These are new with 2 year Dyson warranty, not refurbs.
Use the Costco app and 'Warehouse' feature to check a specific B&M warehouse for price and availability.

Bought it within half hour of store opening .... and since they only had two ... I figured they must have found some old inventory in the back.
