Seeing multiple reports on reddit about this case needing to be replaced because of a weird fit issue on the top. So not sure if they'll help you out at all if it's final sale already.

Their products maybe good but customer service is HORRIBLE. I ordered the Contemporary case on a similar deal a couple of weeks ago and it still had not shipped as of yesterday. There is NO PHONE NUMBER to reach at, all support is via email (or an AI chatbot which is less than useless) and it takes a day to respond. Today they told me the case was out of stock and only issued me a partial refund. WTF??

If I had not reached out to them for an update, it is very likely they would have kept my money. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING.

Buyer beware. The corporate address for Bullstrap is a crappy storage facility in Boca Raton. (880 NW 1st Ave, Boca Raton FL 33432) These guys are selling items they don't have. No contact info. No emails are returned. Scammy operation.
