OK... are you with me... the answer is...
The amount of UV radiation coming from the moon at night is infinitesimally small—virtually zero. SO WHY would you make them UV400?

But I invested in a startup company that is working on the next generation of Lasik surgery. They company developed a laser that can cut underneith a surface... so no more cutting of the flaps that is done with Lasik. It is suppose to be like 100 less evasive. But it will take years to hit the market...
So about the glasses... everything I read says no. I read that it is a tint and it will block light when you don't want that at night and that accident reaction time is worse due to blocking out light.
