When I mow my Georgia lawn in 100°+ heat, my Diveblues have been life savers combined with a few belt fans. I actually took a couple neodymium magnets and put one on each side of my mowers handlebars and then put a round magnet plate on two of my Diveblues fans. They 'snap' into place and help push air on me during the work and it makes all the difference.
I would say the fans from this deal are maybe 2/3-3/4 the power of the Diveblues in comparing them side by side but I haven't use my anemometer on them yet to verify any of that with actual proven data.
Anyway, it is ok at $10 but if you want the real deal, Diveblues remains my gold standard for these battery fans:
