Actually it's a great deal considering a 12 pack of name brand is $8.00 . Plus Diet mountain lightning is way better than MT Dew..it taste like the old MT Dew formula in the the glass bottle from the 80s

I'm ok with most knock off soda, but dr thunder is a different story. Its pretty terrible imo and with all due respect to the op, why not get actual dr pepper 24 pack for 10 bux?

One of my fave high school memories is when I went to a house party with my best friend and his cousin. We happened to see the drinks available. My friend's cousin goes "oh cool..they got Dr. Thunder!" My friend and I couldn't stop laughing. He legit preferred this over Dr. Pepper. Seeing this post definitely brought back that moment in time

Why tf is soda so expensive now? I say this because I had to stop my gf from buying a 6 pack of the tiny cans of root beer for $7.50 today.

Transportation cost due to fuel prices, and they found out people will pay. During COVID they raised prices on everything and it never went back down

Dr Pepper and Big Red has been my drink of choice for many, many years and I've been buying big bottles of Dr Thunder for several years and like it but big bottle goes flat before half drunk since I only drink one glass about every 2 or 3 weeks soooo this is awesome deal for me, a Dr Thunder drinker!!!! Now for a Big Red knock off!!!

Ya, it wasn't long ago we would regularly see deals in Market Basket for 3 12 packs for 9 bucks.

Truth is because people will/are paying it and profit is business goal. Rules for rent charge is raise till 10% vacant rate to be bringing in best/highest return. !00% units rented then your to low so raise the rent. So keep raising non essential products price till purchases decline by 10 tp 20%. why not? Covid times presented scam "Justifiable" price hiking' More political than medical scam.
