I noticed it too -- only 110v input. First I was like, lame, even my cheap USB-C adapters can work with 220v. Then I realized it's actually more complex to support 220v on this device because it has AC outlets. Someone will plug a 110v appliance to the AC outlets and get it fried. Therefore, to support 220v input, this device effectively needs to be a voltage converter, which is a lot more complex and expensive to make (and probably bigger). USB-C is DC power so it doesn't have that problem because it's converted anyway.

We have two of these exact (65W ORICO 7-in-1 GaN USB Travel) Power Strip. Traveled internationally in many countries with these power strips ( with 220-240V and 50 Hz or 60 Hz power). It works fine and power up all of the USB ports for charging multiple devices. All ports works to charge devices. Output on the extra AC power plugs on the strip will be the voltage and frequency of what you plug the power strip into (100v-120v, 220-240V at 50 Hz or 60 Hz). Your other devices that plug into this power strip just need to have to support for that power voltage and frequency. We plug our laptop adapter into those ports. You only need one power international plug adapter for this power strip to power your other devices that has the US plugs. It charge and power my Lenovo laptop that requires 65 watts USB C power fine, but would not power up another older Dell laptop that typically worked using our dedicated 65 watts USB C laptop power adapter that has one USB C cable.

We have two of these exact power strips and two other Orico 65 Watts power strips very similar to this one. All USB ports work at the same time. They also work with 220-240v for international travel. Charge the new iPhone extremely fast.

Max power 1100W at 110V and 2300W at 230V.
Your devices MUST support 110V-240V Dual Voltage (Especially for Hair Dryers, Curling Irons and Hair Straighteners ect.), otherwise you need a power voltage converter.
