If you want to run faster you should go with the Vomero Plus over the cliftons. Much more reactive versatile foam.

DN8 is not on this list. I think she may need a rocker type (podiatrists recommend) shoe at the beginning stages of plantar fasciitis to reduce heel impact. These guys spend quite a lot of time testing athletic shoes.
