I have Ehlers-Danlos... Which gives me POTS. Why is this supposed to help?

I'm in remission with POTS. Diagnosed after 2 wks in Cleveland Clinic. Leg strengthening with Thera bands did the trick. Took awhile but I was bedridden 5 mo. and lost 65 lbs. I'm just trying to help. It was a terrible disease.
