You need at most one gram of protein for every kilogram (kilogram NOT poune) you weigh. So that is a lot of protein. Remember any unused protein will be converted to sugars and if not used stored as fat.

Just make sure you're not consuming too much protein or it will get converted to fat, and can lead to digestive problems, as well as bad breath.
