I tried ordering a Moto Stylus last month under their previous no-port required deal. They charged my card and never delivered the phone. Multiple calls to customer service went nowhere ("it shouldn't take this long..."). One person finally told me that they oversold them and that all orders were cancelled, yet they never refunded my money. I finally did a chargeback on my CC a few days ago.
Not worth bothering with Total Wireless. And good luck if you actually try to port a number. Tons of stories in recent months about TW losing the numbers because they screwed up the process somewhere.

they also raised the price and conditions after canceling everyones orders sounds like class action worthy to me, I wonder how many of us they did this to? I might make some social media posts to see if I can find out if it was done to enough to create a class
