Shoulders are almost completely unusable when it's mounted, but it's decent otherwise. I can't see myself ever trying to use this without attaching it to the phone, it's really small. This is better than the pocket taco (I bought one too, complete waste of time), it's usable with a bulky case, for $15 it seems worth it. I have medium/large hands and it seems comfy for modest use.
