Have this and it's definitely worth it! Extra Metabo batteries can be expensive (and rarely go on sale) so just watch out for that.

This is a great deal. Since the total is under $200 dollars they charge $6.49 for shipping on the bonus battery. So the total is $165.49 before taxes or you get rid of the bonus 2.0AH battery to save the $6.49. Still very worth it for the extra $6.49.

It's $169 currently on Amazon, but that's with only 1 battery. Looks like it was $129 during Prime days. Wish I'd jump on it then.

This looks like a good deal with the extra battery, even with the shipping.

You're confusing the NT1850DF (this one) with the NT1850DG on Amazon. The DG is a spring nailer, this is the better air nailer.

$159 is a screaming deal on this. I don't know why the other poster said Metabo HPT batteries are expensive, they're some of the cheapest ones out there, the 2.0ah 18v can be found for $25 pretty regularly (and are liberally sprinkled in kits) and Acme had the Multivolts on sale earlier this week. (They might be thinking of German Metabo, which is confusingly a different platform, this is Hitachi Power Tools.)

Note there are a couple ways to game this Acme sale.

The 200psi pancake air compressor (which is noticeably nicer than other 6gal pancakes) is $199-20=$179 (it goes on sale at Lowes for $169 somewhat often), but throw a $2 fitting or some nails in and now it's $151, which is a great deal.

The narrow crown stapler is $269-50 =$219, but if you can find something else in the $30s range from the sale to throw in (like a saw blade) you basically get the extra for free. (E: I ended up adding the $89 multitool and getting both and the extra battery for $283)

Also paypal is showing 3% back for Acme purchases right now.

A lot of you are confusing this model for the 18ga that was made for BF a few years ago. This is their signature one. Definitely a top contender in the construction world. I have had this and the 21 degree framer for years and they have never failed or misfired.

No it was not this is the newer model you guys are thinking of model NT1850DGM this is Metabo's NEWEST model NT1850DFTM nailer this is the lowest this model has been. The NT1850DFTM is designed to be 30% more compact and 31% lighter than the NT1850DGM, enhancing maneuverability in tight spaces. These enhancements make the NT1850DFTM a more user-friendly and efficient option compared to the NT1850DGM.
