UPDATE: Cancelled the order. It was an impulse buy as many features stood out.
However, the price was a little over my ideal budget. Also reading the reviews sort of lowered my confidence then I realized that motor is not the issue in most cases. It's the pump that goes first and they are not replaceable.
From what I can see, Greenworks seems to have some reliability issues compared to their competitors and I do not want to take my chances at this price point. If the pump was covered along with the 10-year motor warranty, or if it was replaceable, it would've raised my confidence.
I will go back to my original plan of waiting for the Westinghouse ePX3500 2500 price to come down. That may not have all the features this Greenworks has but it's more within my comfort zone on the price. Also the reviews on the Westinghouse is a little more reassuring.

Guess I'm returning it since I never opened it and getting this bad boy instead since I read that 2000 model is too weak.
