Scientific study after study shows no evidence of any positive health effects for fish oil pills.

I disagree with your statement Strongest evidenceFish oil (especially the omega-3s DHA and EPA) is important because DHA is a major structural component of the brain. People who eat more fish tend to have a lower risk of cognitive decline as they age.

FALSE, Google AI breakdown from Mayo Clinic, "Fish oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) which are essential for reducing inflammation, supporting brain function, and maintaining heart health. It is particularly effective for significantly lowering triglyceride levels and easing joint stiffness associated with conditions like rheumatoid arthritis."

Looks like I've already used the 35% coupon for something else.

Great deal on a decent brand. I've read a lot from many different sources and they all say that fish oil is important for a multitude of reasons. Thanks for the post!

Good timing. My Medicare Advantage plan cut my over-the-counter allowance from $105 per quarter to $25 this year. Barely covers a box of band-aids. LOL.
Also, same deal on Nature Made. Same coupon or separate?

I prefer to take the one from Costco that only recommends to take one a day. 3 times a day are too much.

Gimme 3 links to said studies, if you can. Thanks
