Onlyone is ok, best suited for kids, but my teeth didn't feel very clean after brushing since I barely felt anything even on the hardest mode.

I'm not aware of any head-to-head clinical studies comparing Onlyone to Sonicare. What I do know is that Philips has invested heavily in research and validation of its products, whereas I haven't seen comparable evidence from Onlyone. For that reason, I personally trust Philips more. While I can't prove how well Sonicare performs compare to Onlyone, it is my personal opinion that it feels cleaner to me. If you prefer Onlyone, that's fine. You value the lower price, and I value buying from a brand with a stronger track record. I think that's really where we differ, and I'm good leaving it at that.
You're welcome to trust any brand that makes you comfortable. Since more vibrations does not, in fact, equate to better cleaning, you're right that I see no value in paying more for something that is objectively no better. Some people need to spend more money to feel good about a thing. I'm glad that's not me, but I genuinely could not care less that you are one of those people. So sure, we can leave it at that

You may not see value in spending more but I do, at least in this case. And no, I don't need to spend more on something to justify feeling good about it. In fact, I usually prefer not to spend more if I can get something for much lower, which is why I gave this a try in the first place. So no, I'm not one of those that needs to spend more.
