Been really struggling finding a wireless headset that doesnt have a junk microphone. Tried Fractal Scape, and after looking at amazon reviews on this one lots of folks say the microphone is bad as well. Not sure why wireless headsets cant nail this requirement. Havent found a decent headset that can beat my PC38X.

There is a limitation in bandwidth for wireless headsets and every company prioritizes sound quality over mic quality. Not to say this is the only reason mics suck but they are capped by the amount of data that be used for a single connection. You can use a separate wireless mic though like the Antlion modmic. I saw a video a while ago claiming that one sounds great but I have no experience with it.
