I tried to use the codes for the solar panel version to see if it would reduce the price, but no dice. The codes only work for the non-solar edition. It seems to be a semi-decent price for a semi-decent product. I did minimal research, but it seems to be okay for the price discount.

I was interested until I saw solar input was limited to 500w via Anderson port. I'd personally Ike at least double the wattage with xt60 or xt90.

EDIT: I missed that there are 2 Anderson ports, not trying to mislead anyone. There are two Anderson ports (500W per port / up to 45V) and two 7909 DC ports (Max 300W per port). The 7909 and Anderson port cannot be used at the same time.

Very strange. My exodus model does have it. The exodus looks exactly the same as this model. I think there were some initial issues w wifi not being able to connect to wifi (but bluetooth worked). It just needed a firmware update and it's been 100% since.
I wonder why they stripped it out.

I think this model came out before the Exodus 2400. How did you update your firmware, I thought Oupes power stations lacked that ability.

Also note the unusual input is 7909 DC Input x2 (Max 240W 12-45V). Under "Input* - AC Charging is via 2*200W with 7909 ports. This item comes with 2 US Nema to 7909 AC adapters. I don't know if you can use only 1 to have reduced charging speed, otherwise know that this will take 2 plug outlet spaces.

It doesn't have the option really but there is a special way to do it. They did it to get my wifi working. It's been a while but I think I had to setup my phone as an acces point for the Oupes. It was pretty easy.

I think once it is on wifi it updates automatically, but not 100% sure.

The solar charging is 2 x 240. The AC charging option also use 2 inputs. But the charging brick they sell are only 200 watts, plus you'll need to buy a second one if you want to charge at the 400 watts maxac. This is an old discontinued unit and its a really bad design... All their new units use a single PC style regular cord to charge many times faster, not a brick AC to DC converter.

This is a much older model than the exodus line. The features on this are lacking. The only thing that's equivalent is the inverter and capacity, everything else on this isn't near as good as the Exodus line. This is a discontinued old solar gen.
