I'm interested but a little concern about order off AliExpress. Unfounded?

Dang, i just got the same unit last week for ~$30 more. Anybody got experience with price matching or return/rebuy with AE? Thoughts on rebuying this and returning the more exp one?

I recently got the AC180 on a deal. Arrived in 2 days. (I live in So Cal and it ships from the LA area). Seems to come directly from Bluetti.

Just a heads up, Customer service is painfully slow with Bluetti. I had a unit that kept 'short' erroring and it took me over 6 months of back and forth to get a refund for it. When it worked, it worked well enough but I'm saving up to get an anker Solix instead.

Why Anker and not other brand?

Is all that effort really worth $30? Considering you've had and (presumably) used it for a little bit?

I've been in contact with technical support and they typically get back to me within 24 hours considering support is overseas. They are not overly communicative while they are working on the issue, but when something comes up or when you contact them, they respond pretty quickly. I received support information from both their Facebook messenger chat as well as their tech support reps just last night.

Because I have never had a single issue with any of the Anker products I've purchased, and customer service is fast, friendly and effective. I do have other chargers and battery banks from other brands so I'm not strictly only anker, but generally I run by a "buy once cry once" philosophy and get the best quality I can.

Well it sounds like you've had much better luck than I did then. Maybe they stepped it up since I had my unit, this was a couple of years ago. I was going to initially just get a new unit, but after months of waiting (took them 2-3 WEEKS to reply) and back and forth I just wanted to be done with it.
