Mostly pretty good, tplink integration and then the tapo control for more control. There's a lot of auth issues I encountered every few days, but overall, does exactly what I need. I run these with HA to do automation for indoor privacy and use frigate to consume rtsp.
If you plan on running the streams directly to HA, that can be done too, but I'm much less familiar with that process.
A few things to note.
If you absolutely must with wifi, use ones with wpa3. That mitigates risk of deauth attacks, but physically jamming still works.
Make sure your Wi-Fi has enough bandwidth. Wifi 5ghz vs 2.4 has different tradeoffs and that will affect performance.
Compare ones with CBR vs VBR Options. That affects if you will likely experience more reduced quality stream during congestion on wifi. CBR will be way more taxing but your quality doesn't go between potato and hd.
Camera isolation always, but if you can't, always deny your camera ability to access Internet through your router if you can unless you heavily rely on the vendor app, then limit the access.
Remote viewing, I usually keep miine local and VPN accessible, but if you must make it internet facing, go through proper certs configs and activate any feature supporting rate limits, bans, blacklists.
These are mostly for the advanced users or guppies ready to dip their toes.
