I ordered 4 of these last time. No shipping box. They were put in 4 separate plastic bags. All crushed. They didn't care.

VIPOutlet is the worst reseller possible ! they just slap the shipping labels on the LEGO Box and let fedex crushed them as expected .

they do not care at all they just process they return and thats it.

even ebay do not care at all, any small seller would be already banned for all these complains and returns but not them.
