This isn't really a sale price, but I keep seeing rechargeable handheld fans being posted for $10. So I wanted to share a fan that I recently bought in-store at Walmart for $4.88. No need to wait for Amazon to ship or even Walmart to deliver. Just walk into your local store and pick one up while doing your normal shopping.

It comes with a really short USB A to C charging cable. You can use it while it's plugged in and charging. I using it that way to cool my laptop during the hotter weather right now. As far as I know, it only comes in orange. But it does make it easy to find in your bag or if you drop it outside.

Can you let us know how loud in decibels the quietest setting is please? Is it quiet enough you can't hear it if used in a library or meeting on any setting or does it have an audible buzzing motor even at the lowest setting?

Are you seriously asking OP to take this $5 fan and do comprehensive decibel testing for you? It's cheap as hell so probably louder than you'd want it to be. But if you really want this information, don't you think you'd be more likely to find it on a product listing or using ai/ a search engine rather than asking this poster?

Unfortunately I don't have a decibel meter. It moves a decent amount of air, so you will hear it. The only time it buzzes is if you lay it on its side and it kind of vibrates. When it's standing up there's no buzzing and you can compare the lowest setting to the sound of a laptop's fans at medium speed.
