Short answer...No. It's a plug in device, not the actual electric circuit components, so there is no NEC code requirement for it to be UL certified. Many manufacturers will seek UL or ETL certification for individual items to provide peace of mind to potential consumers.

"UL Listed Certification is the gold standard. When you see "UL Listed" on a product, it means the entire finished product has been tested and meets all applicable safety standards for its intended use. The testing is comprehensive—UL examines everything from electrical components to mechanical parts to software controls."

It is only legally required to be marked as suitable for damp/wet locations since it is intended for use outdoors. The company self certifies that it meets IP65 requirements, which meets the labeling requirement.

For warranty inquiries, customers should reach out through Amazon.

That is not true.

Everyone measures the span of the blades, from side to side.

"To measure a ceiling fan size, determine the blade span by measuring the distance from the tip of one blade to the tip of the opposite blade. For fans with an odd number of blades, measure from the center of the fan to the tip of a blade and multiply that measurement by two."

Fan size is measured differently than other manufacturers. Fanbulous includes motor diameter in their sizing, while other manufacturers only use blade size. This fan will be comparatively smaller than fan of similar dimensions.

I bought this fan as I needed one for the new gazebo. Problem seems to be that my gazebo has the 2 tiers, small opening on top, which makes this fan seem to not move ANY air. I assume because it sucks air from the opening not from the inside of the gazebo. It does have a reverse, but again, does not seem to move much air. the light variations/warmth are pretty nice and it looks good.
