I'd take that with a grain of salt and keep an eye on the refund status. With my years of experience shopping at Amazon, the Chat Reps always lie to you. It's always "you'll see the refund credit within 5-10 business days" or "you'll see the $10 refund via e-gift-card in 3 days" BUT it never actually happens. They just say that to you just to get you off the line so they can meet their number metrics so they can move on.
