Could someone please provide the link to download the 2024 installation file direct from MS? I'd rather not DL the digitalkeys file if at all possible. Thanks

Update: through conversation with chatgpt I was able to dl the ms installer through the ms deployment tool and activate through word. Interesting that the version is the LTSC Standard 2024 version. But all is now good. So far.
BTW chatgpt strongly recommends NOT using the digitalkeys download since it is an EXE file, not an IMG.

Additional: I thought I should mention that when I originally clicked on the DL link provided in the digitalkeys confirmation email I received this warning from Malwarebytes:

Thanks OP. I bought $6 and added $4.99 to get license for 3 PCs. Good deal! After I installed it following the link in email, it didn't ask me for the product key at all when I opened a word document. I tried editing the word document and everything worked perfectly.

If you don't like Microsoft but sometimes need to use Office for work then this is the best way. Wish there was a Mac version also, but haven't seen one yet.

Just remember that Microsoft recently announced end of support for the 'lifetime' Office 2021 version so even this 2024 version is unlikely to be supported beyond 2029-2030. It will be usable but will reach EoL status

I'm absolutely baffled people pay for this nonsense. I'm not going to say out loud what you can use for free, but you can Google it. I wouldn't be surprised if the seller here is using the same type of solution to get these keys and sell it to unwitting and tech illiterate people for what amounts to free money.

Normally, I'd also be worried about enterprise keys being sold off fraudulently and that can often lead to the buyer dealing with deactivation down the road (Microsoft is a lot more strict about enterprise based fraud vs some random no-name activating Windows or Office using piracy), but since this is a the standard Office version, I'm doubtful that would be a problem with these keys. All I'm saying is that you don't have to pay $6 to achieve what this key will do. You can achieve the same for free with some Googling. I'm not going to post the name or website in case that leads to comment removal.

Thanks for the thumbs down morons. Have fun wasting $6 when you can activate Office for free nowadays. Slickdeals is filled with overweight tech illiterate morons nowadays and shills.

I asked chatgpt to give me the step by step procedure for installing Microsoft Office 2024 Standard through Microsoft's Office Deployment Tool using a key provided by Digitalkeysbox. I didn't copy the steps so I can't paste them here, but that's how I got started and after many followup questions and answers, the installation and activation was successful. You'll need to be familiar with command line procedures using CMD in administrator mode for part of the process.
