edit: these are 18650 cells, they'll push 100w just fine
edit2: now that I read "Ashley"'s amazon review, I'm convinced she didn't even test it out using a device that actually draws 100w. so I'm going to buy one myself and report back.
Community Reviews
This is a compact 10,000mAh USB C power bank with a built in cable and digital display that stands out for phone charging and travel convenience. The hardware and packaging draw praise, and it is thinner than a bulkier 20,000mAh pack while keeping the cable count down. It can charge Lenovo and Dell laptops, but real world output appears to drop from the advertised 100W to around 25W to 29W, with throttling and even stop charging reported. Capacity concerns also come up, including a label claim of 25,000mAh and a battery that may not fully recharge a 70Wh laptop.
Common Questions (5)
It can start near 58-62W on a laptop, but several reports say it quickly throttles to about 25-29W and may stop charging after a couple minutes. That means it may not hold true 100W output long enough for sustained laptop use.
It is thinner and a bit smaller, but not dramatically so; one comparison said it was only about 5% shorter with slightly less thickness and width. It does include a built-in USB-C cable, which reduces what you need to carry.
Yes, it can charge a Lenovo laptop and was able to keep a Dell 7400 charging, but it may not fully recharge larger laptop batteries. A 70Wh battery was estimated to need about 14,000mAh at 5V, so a 10,000mAh pack may fall short for a full charge.
A Vine review image shows a CCC symbol on the back, suggesting CCC certification. Separate Amazon reviews also raise a capacity-label concern, claiming the device label says 25,000mAh instead of 10,000mAh.
Yes, it is reported to be very fast for phone charging and the hardware build quality is described as very good. The packaging is also noted as unusually nice.

Edit yep reviewers say it throttles to 25W almost immediately.

I have a 20k mah 100w power bank.
I bought that because while on vacation, the power brick on my laptop died.
That 20k mah will power my laptop.
But it's thick.
this 10k mah 100w one is thinner and comes with built in usb cable so 1 less cable to carry.
It's from Lenovo so better than the random gibberish chinese company names on amazon

But if it had 4 2500mah 18650 lithium-ion high rate discharge battery cells, each cell could provide 25w at ~7ah and 3.7v. 18650's can come in configurations that allow extremely high amperage discharge rates. The little RC car packs for example can push 50+ amps in 2c and 3c configurations.
Edit yep reviewers say it throttles to 25W almost immediately.
100w from 36wh is only 3c discharge rate. Even El Cheapo 18650 cells can handle 3c discharge rate continuously
I bought a 20k one, which was too bulky for my liking for travel.
Thought this 10k one would be 1/2 the size (or 1/2 the thickness) because it's 1/2 the power.
Wrong.
It's only like 5% shorter, thinner, and less width.

the laptop battery is 70 wh.
Google says it takes 14k mah to fully change it at standard 5v USB voltage.
Ugg..
So not that much smaller than my 20k mAh power bank and it won't fully charge my laptop.
But it's my fault for not researching this BEFORE I bought
