1. You need to be an existing Google Fi customer or open a Fi account with flexible plan with unmentionable and be on it for 21 days to be considered an existing customer. If you are on a lower tier plan and seeing lower discount, you can switch to flexible and do this deal and switch back after 120 days.
2. Make sure "Allow CPNI sharing" is on under Privacy and Security on Fi app.
3. Go to Google store and log into your account and choose Google Fi as the provider to see $499 price.
4. Choose P9Pro for trade in fir $340, $100 more than what Fi app/store is offering.
5. After activation you need to be on the plan (and don't move your service to another phone) for 120 days.
I have seen people getting $550 and $600 off for P10 Pro so this "upgrade" can only be as low as $60.
You can also sell the P9Pro locally for a little more if are willing to put up with the hassle.
Lastly this is a good time to open an account to do similar deal when Pixel 11 is released on Aug 12th.
