It's your typical Chinese flux core welder. It has nothing to do with MiG welding.

I love these posts, 90% of people in the comments mansplaining (to other mansplainers) that the group of keywords in an amazon product description isn't accurate....like they ever are.

Perhaps it's too much to ask of staff to do 3 minutes of research on the "deals" they're serial posting from their inbox, but that's what has become of this site. There was a time when this forum was populated by deals found by people who were actively shopping for the products and knew what they were posing about. You'll have to excuse those of us who value accuracy to avoid wasting time or making poor purchasing decisions, neither of which make for a slick deal.

Funny thing is, people complain when staff copies and pastes titles from listing. Then they also complain when staff cherry picks words out of titles as not being "accurate" to the listing. Also thousands of deals are posted per day ("3 minutes of research" x thousands of deals adds up) and I'm not sure about you, but I don't expect my deal websites to be my subject matter experts.

And like I alluded to in my comment, the mansplaining seems to be for the benefit of other mansplainers. Like the armchair metallurgists in every $7 pocket knife thread. Anyone who is shopping for a $83 welder or throw away pocket knife likely doesn't know enough to even understand (or care) about all the hairs being split....
