As of today, there is no coupon on my account and it is $126.
Might have jumped on it if it was $90 after coupon. Was looking to replace my Sun Joe from 2022 which is plagued with proprietary crap that makes getting parts for car detailing a problem.

Semi/Bonded paint? No. Would all have to be loose from surface and flaking which would just wash off with normal hose sprayer anyways.
Is this powerful enough for car wash? Not very good if caked up. Won't take tar/hard stuck bugs off. Won't really damaged anything either because it is very weak. If you just spraying dust/fresh wet mud off then yes. Better off with normal hose at that point anyways.
Most people are going to want min. 1.3/1.5 gallon at 2000 psi+, for just most common pressure washing items. Also remember that is the max PSI, they often operate nowhere near that.
So this unit is a hard past expect for very specific applications. If you just spraying dust/pollen off stuff. Fresh mud/grass/dirt, ect. Great price though.
Coupon shows for me. $88.95 for the price but this unit is pretty much junk and extremely weak. I can get more pressure holding my finger over open ended hose end.
If you looking for more sturdy/power sprayer closer to this price I would recommending Westinghouse ones on Amazon - Westinghouse ePX3100 Electric Pressure Washer, 2300 Max PSI 1.76 Max GPM. Currently at $139 as of this posting time.
