unless you're kind of short and narrow, these tend to catch on a shoulder/head/hat in the upper 15" thereabouts. works well if your hands are empty... but that defeats the purpose of an easy-open 'door'.

How easy are these things to install and remove, for example as a temporary door? I have a door which faces extreme winds in the winter, so I want to just remove it over the winter since it will get destroyed (and no one is leaving doors open then either).

I've had several that go on with push pins, but you need pretty precise placement to avoid wrinkles and align it correctly in the center. It will probably only last a couple of years before it tears or rips in some way. Personally, I wouldn't put the same one up a second time. For $7 I'd just replace it annually.

I don't disagree, but MOSQUITOES. And for me,Texas sized ones at that. Big enough to rip your arm off and chew on it like a drumstick.🦟

We have these on several doors. They really work well at letting breezes in and keeping bugs out. You have to be a little careful when you're installing to keep everything straight, but my 14 year old installed the last one in about 20 minutes with no problems. However, they will do nothing to keep rodents out, so keep that in mind if you've got those pests in your area.
